HR Specialist

Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Ensures that HR Policies and practices are consistent and in compliance with applicable labor laws. 
• Assists in the development and implementation of policies. 
• Assists the HR Head in providing training and counseling to the employees.
• Writes comprehensive, factual reports of findings resulting from assigned investigations for use in decision-making.
• Assists the HR Head in resolving or preventing negative workplace conflicts, grievances and disagreements by creating action plans to address problem areas where disparate treatment/impact is identified.
• Prepares and issues disciplinary actions, labor-related notices, and papers.
• Participates and attends seminars and workshops to be updated about the changes in the employment and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
• Experience with Employee and Labor Relations for 1-3 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
• With work experience in other field of HR such as Employee Engagement is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
