Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a professional and confidential manner.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs and other company offerings.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and concerns.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including the preparation and distribution of performance review materials.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on various topics, including compliance, skill development, and company policies.
- Identify training needs and work with management to develop appropriate training programs.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance issues and provide recommendations for policy and procedure updates.
HR Policy and Procedures:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate and enforce company policies to employees.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed.
Other Duties:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
