Job Description - HR Specialist

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a professional and confidential manner.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs and other company offerings.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and concerns.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance review process, including the preparation and distribution of performance review materials.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees on various topics, including compliance, skill development, and company policies.
  • Identify training needs and work with management to develop appropriate training programs.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance issues and provide recommendations for policy and procedure updates.

HR Policy and Procedures:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies to employees.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
