Job Description - HR Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the human resources landscape within our organization. As an HR Specialist at RidenRoll, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring compliance with our clients' HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

-Coordinate and conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.

-Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork.

-Administer Candidate benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.

-Provide guidance and support to clients on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

-Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

-Manage employee relations and facilitate open communication between Candidates and clients.

Requirements:

-A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.

-Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR best practices.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

-Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
