To handle Recruitment and Employee Relations including activities on sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring, and employee relations that focus on implementing candidate & and employee relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for both project and MPC external job vacancies, manages the processing and approval of manpower requisition forms and job descriptions, job posting both PESO and Jobstreet, manages the initial recruitment process including assessments, interviews, Avatar, Background Investigation and submits them to the HR lead for consideration in the job offer process.
Handles pre-employment requirements, upload to HRIS and onboarding processes.
Keeps updated in future hiring needs
Safekeeps updated copies (hard and soft copies) of Job Descriptions for all positions.
Participates in employment events, such as career fairs.
Uses organized applicant tracking systems and other recruitment monitoring system for tracking.
Maintains MANATAL data base.
Maintains RAMCO employee induction and movement.
Maintains employee Masterlist in HR weekly report and ensures 100% Ourlink validation.
Handles employee engagement activities.
Ensures new hires’ 100% compliance with Employee Induction at Ourlink and OKR encoding at Darwinbox.
Adhere to company policies relating to Health, Safety, Security and Environment
Participate in the implementation of the OSA Management System.
Maintain 201 filing
Attend/participate in trainings initiated by the company related to Occupational Safety and Health.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
SPECIFICATIONS
l. EDUCATION:
Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any business-related course.
EXPERIENCE:
With at least one-year related experience
SKILLS:
Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
Effective reading Comprehension
Customer service oriented for both external and external customers
Know how in computer applications (Microsoft Office Skills)
Understanding and awareness of Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations
Can apply 5S (Good housekeeping) programs in the workplace
Good organization skills
Keen to details
Ability to work under pressure
HRIS usage
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge on the theories and principles of HR.
Knowledge on Customer Service
Psychology — knowledge in human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests.
