Job Description - HR Supervisor

Who Are We Seeking?

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Supervisor to lead key HR functions — from recruitment to performance management and employee engagement. If you have a strong HR background and a passion for creating positive, high-performing workplace cultures, this role is for you.

About the Company

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing tech company specializing in fleet management and GPS tracking solutions. Since 2008, they’ve been helping businesses across the Philippines optimize operations and protect their assets with real-time data and automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding to ensure hiring of culturally aligned, high-performing talent.
  • Design and oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations.
  • Promote and instill company culture, values, and behavioral standards across all departments.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with Finance.
  • Design employee development programs and career pathing
  • Establish and monitor employee development, learning, and career progression programs.
  • Coach and support department heads in applying HR policies and fostering team cohesion.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, satisfaction, performance trends) and prepare regular reports.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Lead HR audits, risk assessments, and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.

Hard Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PH labor laws & HR policies
  • Recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • HRIS and payroll software proficiency

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and culture-building mindset

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including 2 in a leadership role
  • Fluent in English & Filipino
