Job Description - HR Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide HR personnel in day-to-day HR operations
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Assist with performance management procedures and employee evaluations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Support training and development initiatives
• Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs
• Generate HR reports for management review
