HR Supervisor

We are looking for a HR Supervisor. Applicants should have the following qualification below.

Job Description for HR Supervisor:

• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts
• Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
• Track and maintain employee records, including payroll and benefits expand more
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

HR Supervisor Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems
