Job Description - HR Supervisor (Power Company)

A new opportunity has come up from one of the key players inthe power industry! Our client is looking for an HR Supervisor who willplay a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Thisposition will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive talentmanagement, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiativeswithin the company.

In this role, your responsibilities would be the following:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand theirobjectives and align HR strategies to support these goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforceplanning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performancewithin the HR department
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies, ensuring therecruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee development,succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement,satisfaction, and retention.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance onconflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs anddevelop comprehensive learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and makerecommendations for improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive andfair compensation and benefits structures.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to make informeddecisions regarding salary adjustments and incentives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures alignedwith legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internalpolicies.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to derive insights and makedata-driven recommendations for HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and trends formanagement review.
