Job Description - HR Supervisor (Subic, Zambales)

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

The HR Supervisor is responsible for Planate Management Group Construction Development Corp. (PMG CDC)’s employee engagement, concerns and issues.

This is a full-time position and the salary range for this position, based on the market data, is Php30k to 35k/month (range varies depending on experience and qualifications).

Ensure enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that HR practices remain compliant.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Provide improvement relations between staff and supervisors.

Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

Provide training and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and addressing performance issues effectively.

Perform other duties as related to the position from time to time

Qualifications To be successful in the role:

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or in a related discipline

With 6 to 8 years of general HR experience specializing in employee and labor relations

Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledgeable with HRIS systems, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Labor Laws

Good English communication skills
