Key Responsibilities


Training & Development



  • Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs for employees across all departments.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning initiatives.

  • Coordinate onboarding sessions, ongoing training, and leadership development programs.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with business goals.

  • maintain records of training activities, attendance and results

  • research and recommend external training providers or learning tools

  • support succession planning and career development initiatives



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



  • Support full-cycle recruitment when needed, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.

  • Help ensure new hires are aligned with company culture and prepared for a smooth transition.



Employee Onboarding & Engagement



  • Deliver engaging, structured onboarding experiences that help new employees acclimate quickly.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and internal mobility.

  • Assist with employee surveys and engagement initiatives to support retention.



HR Policies & Compliance



  • Help maintain up-to-date HR policies, processes, and training manuals.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.



General HR Support



  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding development opportunities, HR processes, and policies.

  • Assist with employee performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and professional development plans.

  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of HR experience, specifically in training and development or employee growth programs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation methods.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital training tools or LMS platforms (a plus).

  • Detail-oriented, approachable, and passionate about people development.

System Requirements:


Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 8.00 GB
Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection
REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
