Job Description - HRIS Analyst Specialist
Design, develop, implements, test, and maintain business processes using current delivered tools Manage and execute HR system and program implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and projects as assigned and is responsible for deliverables and timeline commitments Partner with information technology resources and technology vendors to plan complex highly integrated implementations Analyze business requirements, use cases, opportunities for optimization and automation Serve as a primary functional and technical point-of-contact and is subject matter expert for the Company’s HCM and Time and Attendance systems Serve as the lead system administrator for HR systems and applications; ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms Prepare ad hoc reports on a regular basis for analysis, compliance, and to monitor employee transactions that require departmental action Create and provide clear end-user documentation and training material Manage and report on HR vendors and partners to ensure service level received is as expected Develop sustainable and scalable tools and processes to ensure accuracy of master data and train HR on tools and processes to ensure ongoing data integrity Develop and maintain knowledge related to iRhythm’s HR policies, procedures and necessary requirements mandated by state, federal or local laws and agreements
