Job Overview

As an HRIS Specialist at our organization, your responsibilities include day to day support in employee lifecycle when it comes to data and resolving tickets on our new ticketing system - this may but not limited to will include: archiving personnel documents in Workday, generating letters and responding to employee queries, facilitating employment contract amendments, and maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data. Ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with the People Operations Team to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Handle and prioritize tickets on the HR system, ensuring timely resolution of onboarding, offboarding, and ad hoc requests.
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires by collecting necessary documentation, and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Support offboarding procedures for departing employees by assisting with processing termination paperwork, and providing administrative support as needed
  • Respond promptly to adhoc requests from employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, such as policy clarification, employment verification, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and facilities, to facilitate the execution of HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling routine correspondence.
  • You create employee letters as per request.
  • You maintain HR master data and movement data in Workday to ensure high data quality.
  • You keep the data updated in Workday and correct data if needed.
  • You ensure data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.
  • You report any data issues to the Team.
  • You assist the People Operations Admin Team in various workflows to enhance the employee experience.
  • You protect operations by keeping information confidential.

  • You contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • You perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes as needed
