The HRIS Manager oversees and manages PSACCs HRIS Software and related processes to ensure efficient and effective management of HR Data and functions. The incumbent leads the HRIS section in managing the HRs data management, system administration, system enhancement, training and user support, system integration, and reporting and analytics, compliance to data privacy, user feedback and project management.
System Administration
Manage and lead the maintenance of HRIS Software to ensure that it functions effectively and securely.
Data Management
Ensures the accuracy, integrity and security of HR data within the system.
Data and system integration
Ensuring that the HRIS system seamlessly connects and shares data with other systems across the organization to streamline processes, reduce manual data entry, and enhance data accuracy.
User Support
Ensuring that the system users can effectively utilize the HRIS software to streamline the HRS processes and make informed decisions.
Compliance, security and data privacy
Ensures and maintains the data integrity, protects sensitive information and complies with relevant laws and regulation.
Reporting and Analytics
Provide support in decision-making, strategic planning and continuous improvement by leveraging on the HR data.
Job Qualifications:
Work Setup and Schedule: Onsite, Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 6:40 PM
