The HRIS Manager oversees and manages PSACCs HRIS Software and related processes to ensure efficient and effective management of HR Data and functions. The incumbent leads the HRIS section in managing the HRs data management, system administration, system enhancement, training and user support, system integration, and reporting and analytics, compliance to data privacy, user feedback and project management.

System Administration

Manage and lead the maintenance of HRIS Software to ensure that it functions effectively and securely.

  1. Ensure that the HRIS Software meets PSACCs requirements, configuring system settings.
  2. Conduct routine maintenance such as software updates, patches and back ups, and monitor the systems performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  3. Document all the activities related to system administration.

Data Management

Ensures the accuracy, integrity and security of HR data within the system.

  1. Oversee the accurate and timely data entry into the HRIS system
  2. Implement data validation procedures
  3. Regularly audit and verify the data to ensure its accuracy and correct any errors promptly to avoid data discrepancies.

Data and system integration

Ensuring that the HRIS system seamlessly connects and shares data with other systems across the organization to streamline processes, reduce manual data entry, and enhance data accuracy.

  1. Establish data validation checks to ensure the accurate and complete data is shared between systems.
  2. Document all the activities related to data and system integration.

User Support

Ensuring that the system users can effectively utilize the HRIS software to streamline the HRS processes and make informed decisions.

  1. Design and develop comprehensive training materials and training guides for users. This includes users manuals, tutorials, and FAQs.
  2. Conduct training sessions or orientation and educate users to the HRIS functionalities.
  3. Provide continuous user support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues and resolving user-related problems promptly.
  4. Collect and solicit feedback from users to gauge the effectiveness of the systems, user effectiveness etc.

Compliance, security and data privacy

Ensures and maintains the data integrity, protects sensitive information and complies with relevant laws and regulation.

  1. Develop and enforce HRIS-related policies and procedures that align with legal and regulatory requirements and communicate these policies to HR staff and systems users.
  2. Establish regular audits and assessment to monitor HRIS compliance.

Reporting and Analytics

Provide support in decision-making, strategic planning and continuous improvement by leveraging on the HR data.

  1. Extract, transform and cleanse data as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  2. Create dashboards and reports for the HRIS section and track the KPI.
  3. Customize reports to meet specific needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related discipline.
  • With a master's degree but not required.
  • Preferably with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in HRIS administration, HR management or related roles.
  • Experience in HRIS software commonly used in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and system administration, including expertise in configuration, maintaining and optimizing HRIS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge in database management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
  • Organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Diligent with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Good Organization, has the ability to organize.
  • Accepts correction and constructive criticism.
  • With high levels of honesty, integrity and reliability.
  • Can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment

Work Setup and Schedule: Onsite, Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 6:40 PM
