Job Overview

As an HRIS Specialist at our organization, your responsibilities include day to day support in employee lifecycle when it comes to data and resolving tickets on our new ticketing system - this may but not limited to will include: archiving personnel documents in the HRIS, generating letters and responding to employee queries, facilitating employment contract amendments, and maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data. Ensuring data accuracy, updating records, and reporting issues to the team are crucial aspects of your role. You'll collaborate with the People Operations Team to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals. Additionally, you'll handle ad-hoc admin processes to support operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Creating user accounts, updating employee information for employee movements, promotions and offboarding and managing access
• Maintain databases, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity and running enquiries
• Auditing HR information, documents and processes related to employee details
• Ensure quality and timely implementation through accurate system configuration Tracking and implementing advance
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders
• Provide and share best practices and policies in accordance with government labor standards

Skills and Preferred Qualifications

• [Non-negotiable] 2 years minimum experience in HRIS administration
• [Non-negotiable] Willing to report on-site in BGC, Taguig on a Hybrid basis* (subject to discussion)
• Bachelor or College Degree in information systems, business administration, HR management or related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong and analytical problem solving skills
• Experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge
• Ability to keep information confidential
