HRSS Operations Associate

Marsh is hiring for the role of HRSS Operations Associate.

• Answers incoming calls and emails from colleagues and third party vendors and provides accurate answers and detailed information to their HR inquiries which will be handled within our SLA’s
• Supports our customers by communicating in a clear, concise and confident manner in order to provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Researches complex issues and provides timely, accurate resolution.
• Documents all inquiries and interactions with the colleagues and other internal / third party participants; monitors colleague requests; researches and identifies required information to resolve colleague inquiries and forwards to the appropriate group for resolution as necessary.
• Shares with other team members or manager any opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaises with other departments to ensure timely research and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience in the BPO industry (at least 2 years’ experience); Open for Fresh Graduate
• Preferably with sound background in HR Shared Services
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented and logical thinker
• Comfortable to work at night shift and shifting schedules
• 4 vacancies available; 2 vacancies for candidates who can speak/write Mandarin
