HubSpot Marketing Assistant (English)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs, and with the use of the HubSpot platform to manage various marketing tasks. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency with HubSpot and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise HubSpot to manage all marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, social media scheduling, and content management.
• Create and manage automated sequences and workflows within HubSpot to optimise lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Develop and maintain chat flows within HubSpot to enhance customer engagement and support. Generate custom reports and analyse data within HubSpot to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HubSpot strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Must be proficient or have previous experience in using HubSpot.
• Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and SMS marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
• Good understanding and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Strong understanding of the Virtual Staffing landscape and client needs.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Self-driven and proactive, accountability and personal organization are essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

System and Work Setup Requirements:

• A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
• Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
• Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
• A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
