Your responsibilities

Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
Develop and execute team vision, goals, and planning against applicable objectives.
Maintain awareness and problem-solving of programs and efforts (cost, schedule, performance).
Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
Execute the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements including supporting the development of learning strategies, needs assessments, content development, and training delivery.

About you

Bachelor's Degree.
Competent with predictive modeling and motivational interviewing.
Strong command of the English language, experience with writing protocols, and good communication skills.
Demonstrates excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, along with solid time management and problem-solving skills.
