Human Resource Business Partner Supervisor

Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  - Strong experience in Employee Relations, Administrative Investigations, and Labor Law Compliance.
  - Experience in Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, and Organizational Development.
  - Experience partnering with business leaders in implementing HR strategies and change initiatives.
• - Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  - Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
  - Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  - High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
