Employee Relations And Discipline - Handles conflicts and concerns within the organization.
- Issued and served notice of discipline for committed offenses.
Training and Development: Facilitates and identifies relevant information, seminars, and training for career growth and improvement of employees.
Performance Management : Directing performance evaluation procedures, providing feedback, and guaranteeing objective assessment.
Compensation and Benefits: Provide support to employee’s inquiries in payroll, compensation, and other benefits
Other administrative task: Maintaining 201 files, safe keeping of applicant’s resume, timesheets, enrollment of bank account, etc.
Qulaification - Must have a bachelor’s degree major in Human Resource Management (HRM), Psychology, or any equivalent course
- With at least 3-5 years work-related experience as an officer/generalist
- In-depth knowledge on HR facets such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee and labor relations, training and development, and performance management
- Extensive understanding on labor employment laws and regulations
- Competent in addressing and resolving complex employee issues and conflicts
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong work ethics, leadership, and management skills
