Travel + Leisure Co are excited to be currently searching for an Human Resources Coordinator to complement our highly talented people experience team. This is a full time opportunity!

How You’ll Shine

As a Human Resources Coordinator you’ll play a key role in supporting a highly talent Human Resources team and actively supporting the business to optimise the performance of our people and achievement of results through commercially focused and pragmatic HR solutions.

Key duties of the role include:

  • Provide recruitment and onboarding support to client groups

  • Coordinate all employment-related paperwork

  • Drive employee engagement  to influence culture and alignment to strategic objectives.

  • Provide assistance in key people-related activities including talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, capability development and leadership development and professional growth.

  • Provide ongoing support and administrative assistance to the human resources generalists and managers.

  • Provide sound award interpretation and advice to client groups.

  • Supporting the broader Human Resources team across the Asia Pacific region to deliver its strategic objectives, including involvement in people-focused projects that will have a positive impact.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong administrative base, including ability to navigate and prepare complex reporting and navigate systems.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including confidence to liaise with more Senior HR practitioners and stakeholders across the organisation.

  • A true enthusiasm and passion for the HR profession, and desire to make meaningful contribution to continuously enhance our employee experience focus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.

  • Proven experience in being involved in recruitment practices would be highly regarded.

  • A willingness to get involved in project work.

  • Your own personal brand that will add a fresh dimension to a vibrant, energetic and high-performing team!
