Human Resources HR Assistant - Davao

WORK LOCATION: Bunawan, DavaoSALARY RANGE: ₱13,000 - ₱15,000- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Psychology- Has work experience in Human Resources field- Responsible to provide assistance to the HR / Admin Department, which includes the implementation of company’s compensation and benefits programs, administering regular payroll, monitoring/provision of manpower requirements with cost controls, as well as employee relations & services- Responsible to provide support in managing / maintaining office properties, preparing regular expense reports and organizing employee / company records to ensure that all HR and administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis
