Job Description - Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Coordinator to drive HR operations through technology. You will ensure accurate HR data management, support HR processes, and provide system assistance to enhance efficiency across the organization. 

Work Setup:  

  • Hybrid at Ayala, Makati; must be willing to report onsite 2x a week 

  • Flexible schedule, mostly morning shift 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, including employee movements, job changes, and payroll updates. 

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal policies. 

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with HR, IT, or system vendors. 

  • Provide first-line support for HRIS user inquiries and facilitate training sessions. 

  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs. 

  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee data changes. 

  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and upgrades. 

  • Generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports and support HR analytics initiatives. 

  • Manage user access and system roles to ensure governance and compliance with company policies. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency. 

  • Perform other HR-related functions as assigned by HR Leadership or company management. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR systems, or HR operations support. 

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors) 

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and basic HR reporting experience 

  • Solid understanding of the hire-to-retire HR lifecycle. 

  • Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards. 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.
