What you will do as an HR Generalist

Primary responsibility: Support the ClearSource BPO PH Group with all HR-related tasks
Manage new employee onboarding and orientation processes
Collect, process, and maintain accurate new hire paperwork and employee files
Enroll new hires in local payroll systems and monitor payroll bank status
Initiate offboarding procedures, including system updates and processing final paychecks
Respond promptly and effectively to basic employee inquiries
Handle HR and attendance-related concerns and questions
Support timekeeping and payroll processing for the PH group
Provide guidance on statutory benefits and related employee inquiries
Administer benefits enrollment and address basic questions about benefits
Assist in data collection and basic analysis regarding compensation and benefits
Ensure accuracy in timesheet submissions and resolve related inquiries
Maintain up-to-date employee records for assigned business units
Generate basic HR reports as needed
Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries about the HRIS system
Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
Perform other duties as assigned related to departmental or business needs

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Relations
Proficient in HR software and data management systems
Strong expertise in MS Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint, and similar tools
Skilled in analyzing and interpreting complex data, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights
Knowledgeable about data protection regulations and industry best practices
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Effective communication skills
Availability to work night shifts based in Ortigas City
