HVAC Install Trainee

Role Responsibilities:

After Training, You Will Know How to:

• Efficiently install HVAC systems, including gathering and organizing components, parts, and tools to complete each job.


• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring they understand the work being performed and how to use their new system(s).


• Document all service and installation activities accurately using applicable forms and logs.


• Follow all company quality and safety standards to ensure superior results.


• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and advancements through ongoing educational opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills—comfortable educating clients about their new systems.


• Analytical and results-driven with a high focus on quality and attention to detail.


• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.


• Excel in a team environment while supporting all areas of our business.


• Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.


• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Work in residential properties, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.


• Regular standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods, with exposure to moderate physical risks.


• Standing and walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven or challenging terrain.
