Develops contracts with, and attends to inquiries from, prospective clients regarding the product linePrepares quotation in accordance with the specifications or requirement of the client in coordination with his/her principal/superiorSubmits quotation, makes necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his/her superior or any officer of the companyPrepares A/C layout designs and drawingsEstimates the cost of the projectReviews sales-related documents, reports, letters, and proposals submitted by his subordinatesFollows-up status of both pending and outstanding ordersAttends job site meetings for projects that are still under negotiationEstablishes harmonious relationships with clients, architects, and consultantsCollects the amount due to the company as payment by the client for sales made and closedSubmits periodic sales reports to his superiorPerform other sales-related tasks that may be assigned from time to timeGraduate with a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with a licenseMust have at least 3 years of selling experienceMust have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languagesMust be able to discuss intelligently all matters pertaining to the product lineMust be computer literate
