About the Role
We are looking for an Implementations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution and completion of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes timely implementation, post-campaign reporting, fulfillment of deliverables, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to enhance client relationships and campaign success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Experience leading and mentoring project/implementation associates or coordinators.
Strong delegation skills while ensuring accountability and quality output.
Ability to build a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.
Skilled in negotiating with influencers and suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure deliverables.
Keen attention to detail in output quality.
Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders—clients, influencers, vendors, and internal teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing and internal).
Skilled in preparing campaign timelines, execution trackers, and post-campaign reports.
Strong presentation skills for updates to clients and leadership teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent).
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for optimization.
Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Adaptable and resilient to changing priorities or last-minute campaign requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5–7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign/project management, with 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in end-to-end campaign implementation, preferably in influencer marketing, public relations, digital marketing, or brand activation.
Strong background in supplier and vendor management (procurement, contracting, and production coordination).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (accounts, creative, finance, and external partners).
Familiarity with digital and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
Knowledge of budget management, cost efficiency tracking, and resource allocation.
Advantage: Previous experience in an agency environment and exposure to regional/global campaigns.
