Inbound Sales or Sales Associate or Sales Representative

Responsibilities● Answering incoming calls and messages from customers who are interested in buying or learningmore about the company’s products or services● Asking questions to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget● Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services that match the customer’sneeds● Overcoming objections and handling complaints● Closing sales and processing orders● Providing after-sales support and follow-up● Updating customer records and sales data● Meeting sales goals and targets● Collaborating with other sales team members and departments● Researching prospects, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and setting up meetingsQualifications● High school diploma or equivalent● At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Persuasive and confident● Proficient in using computer and phone systems● Ability to work under pressure and multitask● Knows MS Excel and MS Word● Must be willing to work in M-F, 8am to 5pm in Connecticut St. (adjacent to EDSA), San JuanWork Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Onsite Full-time
