Inbound/Outbound Supervisor (SAP)

PILMICO FOODS CORPORATION , the food and agribusiness subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, is considered as one of the largest flour milling companies in the Philippines. Job Description

The Logistics SAP SME (Inbound and Outbound) is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of In/Outbound Logistics functions - Fulfillment Management, Transportation Management, Depo/Hub Dispatching and Traffic Control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SME Ops Change Management

• Receive and evaluate change requests related to the SAP environment.
• Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to understand how proposed changes may affect existing SAP systems, business processes, and integrations.
• Develop detailed change plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and testing teams to define and execute comprehensive test cases for SAP changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of change plans, procedures, and related artifacts.
• Oversee the actual implementation of SAP changes, adhering to established change management processes and protocols.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strategy and Development

• Build logistics strategies and be responsible for the implementation for Logistics strategies for Flour and Feeds to drive operational efficiencies.
• Provides clear direction and general guidance to the department in the formulation and implementation of in/outbound logistics processes and procedures, and ensures that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals.

General Management

• Manages the In/Outbound Logistics business process to ensure that customer orders are served and delivered within the agreed service levels.
• Ensure material transaction compliance for Order Fulfillment, Transportation and FG Warehouse operations is aligned to system transactions.
• Manages the dispatch and delivery operations to ensure that customer requirements are met by coordinating and implementing operational control compliance.
• Reviews 3rd Party Logistics Contracts & SLAs and ensures implementation of agreed terms and conditions. Initiates review and negotiates rates to achieve optimal cost structure.

Financial Budget and Control

• Plan resources (both equipment and staff) to meet growth requirements and seasonality constraints.
• Develop operational budgets and plans that drive efficiency, accountability and year over year performance improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration
• At least 5- 10 years in logistics
• At least 5 years supply chain industry
• Over 3 years in a managerial or leadership function.
• Must have experience in SAP and preferably with the following modules: IM, EWM, Procure to Pay, Production or exposure in warehouse management system (WMS)
