Job Description - Inbox Support Associate - Nonvoice

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Inbox Support Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the team’s queue or shared inbox to ensure all tasks or messages are addressed within the day.
  • Review incoming items and assign, escalate, or process them according to standard procedures.
  • Ensure no pending or overdue tasks remain in the queue by end of shift.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams or individuals for items that require follow-up or clarification.
  • Flag urgent or high-priority items for immediate action.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of processed tasks for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks in the queue and report them to team leads or management.
  • Follow set SLAs, company policies, and data privacy standards.
  • At least average verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and process tasks accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with email or task queue systems is a plus
  • Healthcare or back-office experience is an advantage
