Your role

• Maintain capacity modeling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and frequent communication with tool owners to ensure model readiness
• Gather the information required to understand capacity analysis and production impact
• Performing “what-if” analysis on business changes
• Collect and validate data via stopwatch time studies and automation logs analysis, to analyze the throughput impact of various process changes
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time and increase our capacity models’ ability to support operational decision making
• Assist tool owners to understand capacity impacts associated with process changes
• Identify tools/moves required to support starts mix shift due to business change

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing a smock
• Ability to initiate activities to support manufacturing and group goals
• Ability to work and interact equally with all manufacturing disciplines and all levels of the manufacturing organization
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
