Purpose

This role manages several teams in charge of Industrialization activities around smart card personalization in IDEMIA’s Service Centers using IDEMIA's Personalization Systems and other local systems.

Key Missions

- Manages the overall deliverables of several regional teams of industrialization engineers responsible for analyzing and implementing customer requirements
- Develops and implements strategies and process improvements to achieve the team’s objectives 
- Responsible to provide and present team KPIs to the senior management team and ensuring the team deliverables are achieved within the defined SLA 
- Takes charge of budget and resource planning, implementation and monitoring
- Ensures proper onboarding of the new joiners in the team by organizing technical trainings on tools and technology, development of best practices, delivery process etc.
- Ensures that the product configuration is in-line with the customer requirements, the production environment criteria (Machines, production tools) and / or the scheme requirements.
- Owns the responsibility that all the internal development processes and guidelines are being followed to meet the expected quality by our customers
- Ensures that the projects and product designs meet the service-level agreements and the customer expectations 
- Ensures the development is respecting the quality requirements and the compliance criteria (both schemes and IDEMIA)

- Seniority level: 7-10 years of experience with experience on handling a large group of team (15 to 30 team members).
