The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top influencers as part of the Shopee Affiliate Program
• Directly coordinate with influencers and acquire a thorough understanding of their needs
• Cascade relevant information, updates, and best practices to influencers through regular communication
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by top influencers and deal with clarifications or complaints
• Ensure influencers are maximizing the Shopee Affiliate Program, actively participating in various influencer initiatives, and continuously increasing their performance such as but not limited to social media posts and orders
• Respond to general queries from assigned affiliates in a timely manner
• Actively propose recommendations to improve processes for influencer communication and suggest innovative growth solutions to enhance influencers’ active participation in the program
• Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer, affiliate, and social media advancements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or any related field
• At least 5-6 years experience in Account Management background, specifically with influencers, KOLs, content creators
• Has a keen interest in influencer marketing and the social media landscape
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and good team player in a fast-paced work environment
