As Talent Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for tracking exposure and impressions for campaigns across new and existing social platforms and audiences, striving for top tier engagement. You will also assist in ensuring we have end-of-campaign reports including gathering data and providing analysis, insights and recommendations. In addition to a strong network of diverse relationships you will also manage updating influencer trackers, contracting and execution, and other tasks that relate to creator & influencer campaigns.
 

Responsibilities

• Assist In Circle talents in project implementation which includes but not limited to initiating, planning, budgeting, execution, project documentation and preparation of completion reports.

• Drive the growth and development of In Circle Network by acquiring and developing new talents; Lead the marketing initiatives of In Circle Network.

•  Develop and nurture good working relationships with existing talents.

• Provide strategic guidance to talents during campaign implementation, and assist Project Management in delivering performance status reports on a regular basis.

• Lead small to large pitches to talents as required by Growth Team and Project Management.

• Nurture partnership with talent agencies for business growth opportunities.

• Assist Growth Director in delivering small to large pitch presentations, in responding to requests for proposals and talent recommendations, and in attending meetings with prospect clients when necessary.

• Drive all processes, tools, and systems to manage and improve quality of talent servicing.

• Research, analyze and monitor marketing trends, best practices and other factors to capitalize for business opportunities, service development or/and enhancements

• Work in close coordination with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing team to develop strategies in increasing sales or growing leads.
