Position Overview:

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, spearheading impactful influencer partnerships that resonate with our brand's values and goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting compelling campaigns and fostering meaningful connections with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with our brand's objectives, defining measurable KPIs for campaign effectiveness.
•  Identify and vet influencers aligned with our brand identity and target audience, evaluating reach, engagement metrics, and relevance.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with influencers, negotiating contracts and terms while ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
• Coordinate with influencers to align content with brand guidelines, managing timelines and deliverables to resonate effectively with our audience.
• Provide creative direction, approve influencer-generated content for brand consistency, and analyze campaign performance with analytics tools to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating successful campaign management and partnership development.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
3. Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape trends.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign data.
5. Creative thinker passionate about digital marketing and storytelling.
