In this role, youwill be responsible for spearheading our social media presence, managinginfluencer relationships, and orchestrating compelling content strategiesto elevate our brand across various platforms.Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who embodiesqualities such as collaboration, goal and action orientation, andorganizational and analytical skills. We are looking for someone whopossesses impeccable written and verbal English communication.This is a 100% remote Full-Time role.In This Role, You Will Social Media Management: Expertise in managing and growing social mediaaccounts across various platforms. Lead Influencer Outreach:Identify, contact, and collaborate with influencers for brandshoutouts. Tracking impact to continuously refine our outreach. Content Creation and Curation: Proficiency in both creating andcurating engaging content for regular posting. Analytics and Performance Tracking/Reporting: Utilize tools to trackand analyze social media performance, providing regular reports andinsights, with a particular focus on influencer collaboration impact. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with otherdepartments to align social media strategies with overall business goals.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends,platform updates, and emerging social media technologies to ensure ourstrategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Desired OutcomesFind and establish partnerships with influencers for brand shoutouts,implementing a tracking system to measure the success of thesecollaborations. Initiate and maintain a consistent posting schedule on all relevantsocial media platformsAbout YouCore qualifications:Proven track record of at least 3+ years in effectively managing andgrowing social media accounts, with specific expertise in Instagram (IG)and TikTok platforms Previous experience working with eCommerce clients Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google DriveAdvantageousProficiency in creating and managing paid ads on Facebook, Instagram,and TikTok. Familiarity with TikTok Shop for effective brand promotion Experience working with Amazon clients Basic video editing skillsCore ValuesWarm and Collaborative: Skill in fostering a welcoming andcollaborative online environment, building a positive community around thebrand.
