What is expected of you

• Develops the bank IT Compliance Review Program
• Provides support to internal stakeholders on Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) compliance-related queries in the development and operationalization of banking-related activities, products, and services
• Interprets, assesses and provides guidance to relevant business units on new regulatory issuance on IT and IS banking regulations
• Conducts compliance testing activities covering IT and IS-related framework
• Conducts IT- and IS-related Compliance trainings for all levels of employee within the Bank
• Handles Compliance System Enhancements (AML and Compliance)
• Conducts UAT testing for AML Compliance for new products and services
• Assist the BSP/Internal Auditors/External Auditors in conducting its periodic audit with the bank
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement IT compliance regulations and initiatives
• Perform UAT for system implementation and review and optimize process flows across Compliance
• Assist to ensure that the appropriate controls are in place by performing the gap and risk impact analysis on current and incoming regulation related to IT and IS Compliance
• Participate and support AML related projects (e.g., process improvement and system implementation)
• Assist in setting and tuning thresholds for AML/CTF related systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related field
• At least 3 years of IT Risk Management and/or IT Compliance experience in a Banking/Financial Services/FinTech company
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills that can provide useful data for senior management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
