Infrastructure and Network Management Lead

Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

This position is responsible for leading, governing and providing guidance and standards for communications & networking technologies (voice, data, video, etc.) and all associated governance controls. This role is integral in coordinating activities and tasks associated with running a highly reliable network which is very critical to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Network Infrastructure Operations

Lead governance for convergent communications networks (i.e. voice, data, video). Develop, review and update standards, policies and guidelines.

Responsible for defining and reviewing service level agreements (SLA) and operational level agreements (OLA) related to network infrastructure services that are aligned with the business needs. 

Ensure that incidents are handled according to agreed procedures. 

Establish/Review process for categorizing and prioritizing problems related to network infrastructure. 

Lead the management of the relationships with technology partners, vendors and service providers for network infrastructure. 

6. Change Management

Lead the evaluation of risks to the integrity of service environment inherent in proposed implementations (including availability, performance, security and compliance of the business services impacted).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering (or equivalent course)
• Possession of current professional license, board exam and/or IT certification(s) a plus
• At least 7 years of hands on experience in a LAN / WAN environment managing IT Operations
• At least 4 years experience dealing with incident and problem management.
• At least 4 years experience with IT Service Management

In addition, the Company currently, directly and indirectly, owns and operates eleven geothermal power plants with a total installed capacity of 1,181 MW.
