Infrastructure Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Business Partner to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. Infrastructure Business Partner is a highly collaborative role committed to achieving the highest standards of IT Infrastructure, Automation and related services in line with business requirements and the Global IT team objectives. This role focuses on managing and supporting aspects of infrastructure projects, cloud spend and operational activities. They build relationships, share insights, and drive better decision-making to ensure all parts of the business work in tandem towards the overall strategy. They will also take on line management accountability for their respective Project Managers. Your exceptional organizational and leadership skills will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:

• Manage direct reports such as Project Managers or members of other Infrastructure teams temporary assigned to the projects led by Infrastructure Business Partner
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT teams, be responsible for infrastructure service delivery and support SLA’s, provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Work with other departments and service lines to identify their IT infrastructure needs and ensure that they are being met.
• Be primary point of contact in case of significant outages and ensure that all necessary resources are assigned
• Provide expertise and take a lead in the design and delivery of IT infrastructure in line with Global standards.
• Represent Infrastructure team in integration projects for the new studios and be responsible for the overall progress and delivery of planned activities by Infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate and assist with development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to execute support and project tasks effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements, play a significant role in long-term planning of global infrastructure development.
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and makes recommendations for technology growth.
• Identify opportunities to reduce infrastructure related costs.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards and trends.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project centric budgets.

• Strong technical background with 5+ years’ experience in IT Management role delivering infrastructure projects, applications and IT infrastructure support.
• Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, Windows networking, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint
• Strong technical knowledge of Network, Storage and Server equipment, virtualization and production setups
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure automation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.

• Experience of successful collaboration with and management of distributed IT teams.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of gaming industry dynamics and trends, with a passion for gaming.
