In-House Sales Representative

• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deliverables.
• Develop PSG's market position within your assigned customer base or territory.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand PSG's market reach.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective problem resolution.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
• Document and update customer contact information systematically.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide support to the Accounting department in collections efforts.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Solid sales background with a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to start immediately.
