INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Overview: The responsibilities of inside sales are providing administrative, clerical and customer support with high accuracy and timely manner. Following up customers, complete orders and processes by closely communicating to commercial sales as well as customer service

Minimum Qualification:

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Courses
• Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and other stakeholders
• Must have his/her own car and valid driver's license
• Over 2 years sales experience (B to B) or related to plastic industry
• Have handled import and export from previous companies
• Experience in Trading company is also preferred.
• Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with Excel, Word and Outlook a high level of time management skills accurate information management skills, organizing tasks skills, forecast & order management skills
• Timely, accurate, and smooth communication skills
• At least 22 - 33 years of age

Job Description: (Inside Sales Executive)

• Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information to reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services.
• Prepare / provide quotations to customers.
• Frequently checking customers forecast and proceed to make orders to suppliers as needed.
• Promptly, register / revise information of products and vendors to the internal system as needed.
• Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.
• Attend sales meeting.
• Performing other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
