As an Inside Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving our revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify prospects, conduct product demos, and maintain strong client relationships — all while contributing to the expansion of our AI-driven solutions across multiple industries.



  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other available platforms.




  • Conduct discovery calls and product presentations to understand client needs and showcase relevant AI solutions.




  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).




  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.




  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals.




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into opportunities.




  • Stay updated on AI trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to better position our solutions.




  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversions, qualified appointments, and pipeline progression.





  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.




  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in tech or B2B environments.




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




  • Comfortable engaging with clients over phone, email, and video calls.




  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.




  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).




  • Interest or background in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation is a plus.
