Inside sales execution:
- New business development through targeted lead generation
- Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers
- Assist Sales Managers in key projects, such as launching new products, targeting remote accounts, and conducting market due diligence. Focus on sales-related tasks.
- Qualify and validate opportunities using the CRM and assign these opportunities to the appropriate sales team member
- Follow up on all leads generated by Getz Healthcare colleagues in a timely manner
- Learn high level detail of all products to answer most customer questions or direct them to the appropriate division and/or sales team member
- Assist with lapsed customer reports and customer follow up
- Achieve agreeable call targets each week (as agreed with the Sales Manager)
- Identify and develop long term relationships with key customers through regular and meaningful contact
- Establish connections and generate interest in products at the lower level of hospital procurement
- Work closely with the contracts manager to identify gaps in supply, through awarded contracts
- Prepare quotes for approval by Sales Manager, or if authorised, prepare quotes in accordance with approved pricing schedules
- Assist in launching new products to the market
- Share and present information at monthly team meetings
- Keep updated with market trends and changes impacting the relevant portfolios, and feedback information to the Sales Manager accordingly
- Use all available online reporting tools and sales analysis data to monitor and increase sales performance
- Report on weekly activity and achievements to Sales Manager
- Handle Medical Search leads and Web Leads directly as an Internal Salesperson or add them to G-Force for further qualification by the representative.
Inventory:
- Regularly review short, dated inventory and assist in minimising expired stock
- Proactively inform the Sales Manager of any sales that will significantly affect stock levels
Product & Industry knowledge:
- Continuously develop knowledge of the products and therapeutic areas to be able to
understand customer’s needs, answer their questions, and influence their buying decisions.
- Ensure that all Company-sponsored training is completed successfully including relevant
industry qualifications e.g., CRM Training, Theatre protocols etc.
G-Force:
- Use all functionality of G-Force CRM - effective pre-call planning, calendar scheduling,
generating sales opportunities, campaign and lead management as well as keeping account
and contact information current to assist in growing the customer base, market share and
overall revenue.
- Record all interactions with customers, accurately.

- Uphold the Getz Healthcare Core Values in all activities and interactions that are representing
the Company
- Demonstrate commitment to all Company Policies & Procedures; Systems including QMS;
relevant statutory & legislative regulations including Workplace Health and Safety; and
directives from Getz Healthcare Leadership Team and Getz Healthcare Pty Ltd senior
management.
- Ensure expenditure on behalf of Getz Healthcare is essential; approved in advance and
always within budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare for, and engage in monthly meetings and quarterly performance reviews with Division
Managers using the Getz Healthcare Performance Management System.
- Always collaborate with colleagues throughout Getz Healthcare to ensure the highest level of customer service
