Inside Sales Representative | Onsite

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ortigas, Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities;

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify and qualify leads, converting them into new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present product/service information clearly and effectively to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• At least 1 year of proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to team success.
• Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Manila.
