Instructional Designer Manager - Articulate storyline, Captivate, Vyond

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-boarding, developmental workshops for newly hired or existing team members as needed for the projects
• Create and/or review static and moving graphic assets for learning programs across multiple delivery platforms such as games, simulations, WBTs, ILTs, video-based learning etc.
• Create visual prototypes, wireframes, SharePoint site designs
• Design exciting UX and UI elements including designing user interactions through innovative use of branding, typography, photography, animations and other innovative visual solutions
• Create branding collaterals - logos, visual identities, mailers - for various learning initiatives
• Responsible for QA
• Point of escalation for project stakeholders on visual design and creative
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/ college graduation
• Experience in handling a team of Graphic Designers
• Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, 360, Vyond, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, MS PPT and Word
• Relevant course in Design
