Minimum of 3 years Training Manager experience
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to implement end to end training needs analysis (TNA)
Ability to analyze performance trends and implement intervention programs to address performance gaps.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Experienced in talent management and succession planning.
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
