Remote | $5–$6/hour | HMO + Biweekly Pay

Vital Virtuals is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance & Billing Virtual Assistant to support a growing dental/orthodontic practice. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in insurance workflows — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Liberty insurance verification
• Liberty claim submission & checking notes out
• Liberty posting (if necessary)
• Ortho Medi submission
• GA Medi submissions
• Liberty referral submissions & pre-authorizations

EMR Systems Used:

• Curve Hero
• Cloud 9

Experience with these systems is a strong advantage.

Technical Requirements (Strictly Verified Before Interview)

• Windows 10 Pro or higher (genuine, 32/64-bit)
• Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD equivalent
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Wired DSL/Fiber internet, at least 50 Mbps (No LTE connections)
• USB noise-canceling headset (Recommended: Plantronics Audio 628)
• HD Webcam 720p/1080p (Recommended: A4Tech PK-910H)
• External monitor (17", 19", or 22")

Offer Details

$5–$6/hour
HMO provided after 6 months with the client
Payment via Wise
Biweekly payment cycle
