What You’ll Bring

  • Immediate to Advanced computer skills

  • Resilient temperament

  • Calm disposition

  • Attention to detail

  • Comfortable with repetition

  • Clear and effective communicator (verbal and written)

  • Intermediate+ Excel

  • Ability to effectively recognize and prioritize tasks appropriately

  • Comfortable with unpredictable workloads

  • Willingness to adapt and develop different skill sets as required

  • Previous experience in a role involving data entry and repetition featured highly

  • Understanding of insurance claims process
