Job Description - Insurance Claims Coordinator (AU) | Hybrid (2x a week onsite) w/ 30K Sign -On Bonus!

Purpose of the role:

The Claims Coordinator will be based offshore in the Philippines, supporting the Direct Insurance team located in Victoria. This role is responsible for assisting with the coordination of insurance claims, liaising with leading insurance providers, loss adjusters, and property owners. The Claims Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for all parties throughout the claims and repair process, working remotely to support the Victoria -based team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to Customer (Policyholder) and Client (Insurer)

• Total Life: Monitor and drive successful quote activity across all states to meet specific targets

• Turn Ratio: Manage total life (start to closure) of all active jobs to achieve target

• Revenue: Accurately forecast and meet revenue target

• Budget Improvement: Drive healthy file management across the portfolio, for all active jobs

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of Australian general insurance claims experience

• Experience across multiple lines of insurance, with a strong preference for Property Insurance

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2x a week

Work Shift & Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL Time
