Job Description - INT-89CB281

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People and Culture Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions, with a focus on employee relations, HRIS management, employee offboarding, and internal ticketing. The intern will also support logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).

  • Help audit, and maintain 201 employee files in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in facilitating the offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews, processing clearances, and preparing documentation.

  • Monitor and respond to HR-related internal tickets, escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Prepare HR reports, records, and communications as required.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires receive their new hire kits on their start date.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the People and Culture team.

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law is a plus.
