As an Intakes Specialist, you will be the first person potential clients speak with when they are seeking legal assistance after an accident or injury. Your communication skills, empathy, and ability to build trust will help clients feel supported during challenging moments.

You will work closely with a US-based legal team and play an important role in creating a positive client experience from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and with empathy.


• Conduct initial client interviews to gather important information about their situation.


• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.


• Assist qualified clients through the intake and onboarding process.


• Collect, verify, and accurately document client information.


• Prepare and process intake forms and required documentation.


• Maintain accurate client records using company systems.


• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive conversations.


• Follow up with potential clients when needed.


• Support client satisfaction and feedback initiatives.


• Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners.


• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.


• Perform additional administrative and client support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).


• Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or case management software is a plus.


• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
